Your satisfaction is paramount. And despite our best efforts to offer only top quality products at attractive and affordable prices, we realize that not every product is ideal for every customer. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it, no questions asked, for up to 30 days after receiving your purchase. Note, only one opened item of any product can be returned. All others of the same product within your shipment must be in its manufacturer-sealed container to be eligible for a refund. This should give you plenty of time to decide whether or not the product is right for you. And if the product is unopened, you can return it up to a year from the purchase date for a store credit.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned products we will credit you the product(s) in the same method of payment for that particular item, minus original shipping charges, if any. Any closeout or markdown item purchased is the final sale, no returns are permitted. Any shipping charges paid by customer on an initial order will not be included with product refund.

Instructions:

1. Contact us for a Return Authorization Number # (also known as an RMA)

2. Place items you are returning in sturdy packaging. Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely. We are not responsible for breakage or spoilage during shipment of returned items.

3. Make a copy of the purchase order that was enclosed with your original order, highlight the items you are returning, and place the copy in the box with the products.

4. Mail products to Tunie's Returns, 5651 Coral Ridge Drive, Coral Springs FL 33076.

5. Include cold packs if the product requires.

6. You will be contacted within 2 business days of receiving the package with credit information.

Damaged & Incorrect Items

At Tunie's we do our best to package your product so that they will arrive to you in excellent condition. Unfortunately, once the package leaves our store products may shift causing unintentional damage. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so that we may either send a replacement item or issue a credit. Please do not discard the damaged product and retain the original box and packaging since an inspection is required to issue you a refund. We strive to make our online shopping as convenient and hassle-free as possible, and we offer full refunds, including shipping, for any items that arrive damaged or defective. Customers will be responsible for shipping on all other returned items. *Note: Damages must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order so we may issue a valid credit or send replacements.

If you receive an item that you did not order, please contact us immediately so that we may ship you the correct product and issue you a call tag to return the incorrect item

IMPORTANT: During summertime months many products (such as bars) will melt if left outside in the heat. If you will not be available to receive your package, please leave instructions for the carrier to leave your delivery in a cool area, at a neighbor’s house, or not to deliver if no one is home. Our products are shipped in fresh condition and stored in a climate-controlled warehouse. We cannot accept returns for heat-damaged products.

Promotional Items (free bars, T-shirts, etc.) must be returned if the associated product is returned. Full refunds may not be granted if these items are not returned.
